Consequently, Properties of Europe excludes any liability arising in relation to the content of the property advertisements.
2. The site user is hereby informed that the advertiser is a private vendor and not a professional estate agent. Properties of Europe advises all site users to verify all particulars and information about any property and to seek independent legal advice before before entering into any legally binding agreement in relation to the advertised property.
   

Advertisers:

1. Properties of Europe hereby notifies the advertiser that it accepts no liability whatsoever for any particulars and information that the advertiser may place on the private sales site. Such particulars and information are under the absolute control and discretion of the advertiser, who consequently assumes full responsibility for the same. Properties of Europe advises the advertiser to take every care to ensure accuracy of information and, should any errors come to the advertiser's notice, to act immediately to amend the same.
2. It is your responsibility to provide us with an up-to-date email address at all times. This is because all correspondence will be via e-mail. Please update the 'My Profile' section of the control panel, if your details change in any way. You must allow 24 hours for your details to be updated.

   Our Product
   We provide a method for private property sales to be advertised online. The 'product' is the advertisement that is made live - and therefore is searchable online via our Properties of Europefrenchpropertiesforsale website. All adverts can be edited, previewed and approved prior to purchase and edited after purchase. The advert stays online for as long as your account remains active or until you remove it via your control panel.
   Making a Purchase
   A purchase is made once you are happy with the advert details you have entered and have previewed your ad. Simply click on the 'pay and go live' link at the bottom of the page. You will be transferred to a secure environment in which to make a payment. We accept most major credit/debit cards.  No Credit Card information is held on our server or in plain text on
   any other server. It is our policy for no advert to go 'live' until ready. Providing payment details assumes that advert is ready to go live, however, should you wish to change details at a later date- the ability to update your information via your control panel is there should you need it.
   Orders
   Products (advertisements) are online only and are put live usually within 1 hour of payment being accepted. Although please allow up to 24 hours in some circumstances.

   Please quote your customer reference number which you will have been given on confirmation of order:/failing this quote your username. We will endeavour to respond to all e-mails within one working day.
   Remittance Terms
   It is our assertion that all products (advertisement) can be fully inspected and approved in advance of making payment. By making payment you are confirming that you are happy with the product and are willing to pay for 'early delivery' and for the advertisement to go 'live' online. No adverts will be made 'live' until payment has been made in full. Please be aware that once payment has been made no responsibility of refund applies.

4. In order to best serve the users of our site, we like to ensure that all adverts are current. It will be your responsibility to keep your account active- you do this by signing in at least once every 30 days. If an account is inactive for 30 days you will be sent a reminder e-mail to keep your account active. If you do not sign in for a further 7 days the account will be made inactive and your advertisement will no longer appear on the search results pages. You will be notified via e-mail.
   
5. Acceptable Use:
   We reserve the right to remove adverts using offensive or profane language. We reserve the right to remove adverts showing or linking to adult material. Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Properties of Europe.
